Napoleon Hill is considered to be one of the greatest influencers of our time. He was the founder of The Science of Success and author of world-renowned books such as “Think and Grow Rich” and “The Law of Success”. Millions have accredited their success to his teachings. Each of us has a unique definition of success and as Christians, our success is tied to our God-given purpose. In Bible times, Solomon was the son of David and king of Israel. Solomon was known for his wisdom, his wealth and for building the first temple in Jerusalem. He is also the author of the Book of Proverbs. Solomon recognized that he could not fulfill his duties as king without God’s help.  As such, he asked God for a discerning heart. What an example! This pleased God and he was granted his request and even more- wealth and honor. See 1 Kings 3:1-15.  As we look to 2016, I encourage you to seek the Lord for insight and direction. In following His plan and purpose, you will find success.
